Returns Policy.
Sometimes, the product you’re after just doesn’t arrive how it’s supposed to. I get that, and that’s why I offer a 7-day returns policy for damaged goods, with a full refund*, starting from the day my prints arrive at your door.
Unfortunately, due to prints being printed on demand for customers (which reduces waste, ensures higher quality prints, and prevents any mix-ups), I am unable to accept returns if you change your mind about the product.
To start the returns process for damaged goods, simply email me at bcrawford.photos@gmail.com or get in touch via the contact page, stating your order number and the name of the print in question. Please also let me know how the item was damaged (either in transit or an error in printing) so I can help prevent any issues with any of my products in the future. Once you have reached out to me, I will respond as quickly as I can** to help sort out the issue and I will be more than willing to process a refund to you if you aren’t happy with the item’s condition.
* If living outside the UK or Northern Ireland, I cannot gaurantee a refund of shipping costs, but you will still receive a refund for the product’s price.
** As long as you make a request for a refund on or before the 7th day after the product arrived to your door, I guarantee that you will receive a refund, so don’t worry if I can’t get back in touch for a few days after you make a request. Your refund will still go ahead!
