The legally binding terms and conditions below outline the rules for using this site, buying my products, and resolving disputes. By browsing this site, and when purchasing prints or other products, you automatically agree to adhere to these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate legal action, and this includes, but isn’t limited to, statutory financial damages, retroactive licensing invoices, formal DMCA takedown notices, permanent IP blocking, criminal prosecution, and reporting to UK cybercrime authorities.

  1. Intellectual Property and Copyright

    All products / images displayed on this website are owned and copyrighted by me, Ben Crawford, B Crawford Photo. Users of this website are forbidden from downloading, copying, screenshotting, reproducing or using any image displayed on this website without purchasing a physical print or product. If any watermarks are removed from images containing them, this is also a violation of these terms.

  2. Products and their pricing

    Product colours displayed on this website may vary slightly from the product itself, due to digital screens each having different monitor and colour calibrations.

    I reserve the right, at any time, to change product prices, to discontinue specific products, or to tweak products (e.g. change the available dimensions), all without giving prior notice of doing so. I also reserve the right to cancel orders for products with pricing errors (e.g. if a product was meant to sell at £50 but is listed at £0.50).

  3. Payment, Delivery and Fulfillment

    Accepted payment methods for products purchased on this site include All major credit / debit cards, including American Express, and Digital wallets including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link Wallet and Clearpay.

    Orders received are sent to a third-party print lab after payments have been cleared. I am also not liable for any delays caused by postal services, including any strikes, customs backups, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

  4. Returns and Refunds

    Please read my dedicated Returns Policy page for information on refunds, which are still covered by these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

    My maximum liability amount is limited to the total amount that the buyer paid for a specific order.

    These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. You irrevocably agree that the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
